We do

- Send you consented biodata and an interview video on request
- Explain the employment, immigration and medical requirements in writing
- Stay reachable after your helper arrives
- Counsel both sides if anything is not right after she arrives
We do not
- Supply nurses, or helpers who administer clinical treatment
- Ask a family to commit to someone they have not spoken with
- Publish passport numbers, identity documents or a helper's personal contacts
- Send a profile we have not been given permission to share
- Promise a specific arrival date before the paperwork supports it
Our group
Recruitment experience since 2002
TC Resources is part of the Innovedge Group, which has been recruiting and placing domestic helpers in Malaysia since 2002, with recognition from the Philippine and Indonesian embassies.
That history and those recognitions belong to Agensi Pekerjaan Innovedge Sdn. Bhd. and are presented here as group heritage. TC Resources holds its own JTKSM licence and its own consultants.
Before a profile reaches you
What we check on every candidate
A helper only appears on your shortlist once each of these is on file. If something is missing, we say so on the profile rather than leaving a blank.
- 01
Identity and right to work
Passport, age and the documentation required for a Malaysian work permit, checked before recruitment proceeds. None of it is published on this website.
- 02
Elderly-care experience
Where she has worked, for how long, and with whom. Overseas placements are listed with the country and the number of years, as she reported them.
- 03
Language and communication
What she speaks and how comfortably, because an elderly person who cannot be understood will not accept help easily.
- 04
Medical screening
The health checks required for a domestic-helper permit in Malaysia, arranged and confirmed before departure.
- 05
Household compatibility
Cooking, pets, and the practical preferences that decide whether a placement settles or grinds. Small things, but they are the ones families call us about later.
- 06
Written consent to share
Her permission to show her profile and photograph to prospective employers. Without it the profile does not go out.
Consent and personal data
Two people's privacy, not one
A placement involves an elderly person's health and routine on one side, and a helper's personal history on the other. Both are handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What your family tells us about a parent is used to find a match and nothing else. What a helper tells us is published only with her written permission, and never includes passport or identity numbers, her family's contact details, or her home address. If a candidate withdraws consent, her profile comes down.
If you would like to know what we hold about your enquiry, or want it removed, write to [email protected] and we will confirm in writing.

How we work with you
One team, start to finish
A team of consultants looks after you from the first call through the shortlist, the interviews, the paperwork and the first months at home. Different steps may be handled by different people, but your notes travel with you, so you never explain your mother's condition twice.
Enquiries reach us in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, by phone, WhatsApp or the form on our contact page.
